When an appointment is booked, the time slot is reserved in our calendar, which means that other customers cannot book our service at that time. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. We require that you call at least 3 hours in advance of your service. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call charge of $120+tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
